Project Manager's Assistant buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Job Level: Part-time (32 hours weekly)
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour; NOTE: Will be negotiated based upon qualifications.
Growth Potential: Upon successful completion of this temporary assignment, the hired candidate has the potential to grow into a permanent position as a Corporate Administrative Assistant or a Sales & Operations Administrative Assistant.
Position Overview: This position is responsible for the coordination, execution, reporting, record maintenance and completion of routine service project tasks during the Resource Manager's temporary absence.
Supervision Received
Receives general direction from the Director of Operations
Essential Duties
Communicate with all field personnel, management and sub-contractors to track each project status
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes of work
Setup project specific pre-job documentation -coordinate necessary project meetings for Sales and Field Personnel to discuss the project tasks, statement of work and deliverables
Track project for ongoing work efforts - execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, conduct project meetings/conference calls to track and discuss project status
Perform project closeout - perform an earned value analysis for all resources used during project, analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization and supply to sales all project notes for quoting of future work efforts
Report project statuses to management and deliver close out reports - track and report team hours and expenses
Maintain contact management system - update contacts in centralized list for those that are modified during an active work effort
Track project time
Create project deliverables
Update database
Interact with all levels of clients, management and infralogix personnel
Management of project files on the Infralogix server
Ensure field equipment availability for scheduling of resources as required
Qualifications
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate several tasks/activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems
Manage tasks to complete within deadline parameters
Highly detailed oriented and complete work with accuracy
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, coworkers and general public
Ability to write business correspondence and procedures
Ability to resolve conflicting situations
Effective problem solving skills

Education and Experience
Any combination of training and experience, which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualification would be:
Administrative certification (CAP , PACE , or equivalent) or Project Management Certification (PMPC , CAPM , or equivalent) and three to five (3-5) years' experience in office administration.
